POLS 447 Environmental Law and Policy
Introduces environmental law and policy; explores social, political, and legal responses to environmental issues in the United States and abroad; and examines differences in environmental law and policy across countries and their various levels of effectiveness in protecting the environment—potential topics include water and air quality, hazardous waste, natural resources, biodiversity, climate change, and sustainable development.
