PMGT 496 Property Management Seminar
Exploration of the professional practices of specialized property types. Students will identify, research, evaluate, share and discuss information related to a given property type, as well as reflect on the potential for a career in this industry sector.
Prerequisite: PMGT 135, permission of department chairperson
