PMGT 495 Independent Study in Property Management
Investigation and exploration of a topic in property management that is not currently offered as a class. Requires extensive reading and development of research skills. Includes work with faculty who have expertise in the area of study. Prerequisite: PMGT 135; permission of the department chairperson.
