IEI 134 Speaking Level 3
In this course, students focus on higher-level usage of conversational skills such as interviewing and formal group discussions. Pragmatic issues such as politeness, especially in agreement and disagreement, are key outcomes of the course. To learn how to listen accurately to American speech, students will learn more discrete listening skills.
