IEI 113 Reading Level 1
This course is for developing reading comprehension and provides the students with opportunities to respond appropriately to questions to demonstrate comprehension of reading material. Students will improve their reading comprehension, acquire dictionary skills to build vocabulary, and develop visual literacy. Students may have varying degrees of English knowledge and accurate usage; this should be accounted for in lesson planning.
