HOSP 495 Independent Study in Hospitality
Investigation and exploration of a topic in hospitality management that is currently not offered as a class. Requires extensive reading and development of research skills. Includes work with faculty who have expertise in the area of study. Prerequisite: Permission of the department chairperson.
