HOSP 401 Field Studies in Hospitality Management
Provides the opportunity to visit and observe the application of knowledge in the field. Sites for field studies may be either domestic or international, and come from any area of family and consumer sciences. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson. A total of 6 credits may be earned.
