Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology
The minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology (SEP) is designed to increase students’ knowledge of the SEP field and prepare them to be competitive candidate when applying for graduate programs in SEP. Students will get an understanding of the psychology behind performance and physical activity, and learn about training and career options. The SEP minor consists of 22-credit hours (7 courses).
