NUTR 652 Nutrition for Older Adults
Integration of the biology of aging, nutritional impacts on longevity and age-associated diseases, and nutritional interventions for healthy aging. Topics will include pathophysiology of aging, nutritional needs of older adults, and nutrition programs and interventions designed for older adults. Open only to NUTD majors.
