TCOM 384 Electronic Media Law
Examines the relationship between the government and the electronic media in the United States. History and philosophy of the regulatory process and its effects on traditional and emerging media. Not open to students who have credit in NEWS 449.
Prerequisite: TCOM 101 or JOUR 101; TCOM 204, 206, 207 and 284 with a minimum grade of C in each; junior standing.
Open only to approved telecommunications majors and minors.
