POLS 465 Labor-Management Relations in Government
Examines public employee unionization, legal provisions for collective bargaining, determination and recognition of bargaining units, bilateral negotiation, third-party involvement procedures, administration of agreements, and the processes and strategies in collective bargaining negotiations in public organizations.
Prerequisite: POLS 350 or permission of the department chairperson.
