Legislative bodies and law-making: organization of legislative bodies, operation of the committee system, relations with interest groups, executive branches, bill drafting, legislative aids, controls over legislation, and movement for reform. Prerequisite: POLS 130 or equivalent. Not open to students who have credit in POLS 431.
