FCFN 651 Pediatric Nutrition

Principles of pediatric nutrition (preschool through adolescence). Nutritional needs of children in normal and therapeutic nutrition will be investigated. Current research in pediatric nutrition will be discussed. Prerequisite: FCFN 345, 346 or equivalent.
