Organization, administration, and functions of counselors, teachers, and administrators in guidance programs. Emphasizes evaluation and improvement effectiveness and efficiency of the guidance program in facilitating growth and development. Prerequisite: 9 or more credits in counseling and guidance courses including CPSY 600, 621.
