ANTH 521 Social Organization

Provides a systematic cross-cultural analysis of human organizations from kinship-based societies to modern bureaucracies. Using an evolutionary approach, provides both theoretical perspectives and applied understanding. Prerequisite: ANTH 101, 111; or permission of the instructor. Not open to students who have credit in ANTH 321.
