EDRD 612 Advanced Literacy Instruction in the Classroom
Candidates will examine the assessment, diagnosis, and instruction of reading and writing difficulties of elementary students. Candidates will select, administer, interpret, and communicate results from a variety of formal and informal research-based literacy assessments used for screening, diagnosis, progress monitoring, and outcome evaluation.
Prerequisite: EDRD 611 with a minimum grade of B- or better.
Only open to: Elementary Education Transition to Teaching licensure or Early Childhood Youth Family Studies programs.
