SPCE 438 Supervision of Personnel and Organizational Behavior Management

This course will use principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to examine organizational behavior management and supervision within clinical settings. Course content will prepare students to address issues such as training staff, providing performance feedback, staff retention, and management, with a focus on improving organizational performance and optimizing service delivery. Prerequisite: SPCE 315 with a C or better.
