SOC 100 Exploring Society

This course provides an introduction to sociology, the scientific study of human society. This course provides students with valuable tools for understanding the social world. It explores the relationships between individuals, groups, and institutions, and how these interactions shape our behaviors, beliefs, and experiences. Students will learn about theories and research on social structures, processes, and problems. Through engaging discussions, critical thinking, and real-world examples, students will have opportunities to connect these insights to their personal lives.
