POLS 446 Paralegal Core Competency Certification Exam Prep

This course will provide a review of concepts and legal principles and will prepare students to take the nationally recognized Paralegal CORE Competency Exam (PCCE) which is offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. (NFPA).This course reviews vital curricular concepts and substantive principles presented to legal studies students in their legal specialty and substantive law courses.

Prerequisites and/or parallels: POLS 344 and POLS 445. Open only to Legal Studies juniors and seniors. Offered only as credit/no credit.
