UD 636 Real Estate Development and Economic Performance in Urban Design

This course explores directed projects in urban design with a focus on real estate development and the economic dynamics that influence urban growth. Projects may be undertaken individually or in groups, allowing students to investigate the financial, social, and spatial impacts of development. Prerequisite: graduate status and permission of the MUD program coordinator.
