Evidence-based practices for assessment and intervention methods among students with moderate, severe, and profound intellectual impairment as well as those with significant multiple impairments. Development and application of systematic instruction, augmentative and alternative communication, and positive behavior support plans are emphasized. Prerequisite: SPCE 577 with a minimum grade of B.
