EDAC 700 Seminar for Preparation of Comprehensive Exams in Adult and Community Education

This course provides a forum for graduate students of advanced standing to examine contemporary issues, challenges, trends, and ambiguities in adult and community education. They explore topics of teaching and learning; leadership; ethics and social justice; evaluation; trends and issues related to their own research interests. Students prepare for the comprehensive exams and engage as collaborators in the field of adult and community education.  


Prerequisite: Permission of the department chairperson or program director. Open only to doctoral students in adult and community education.
