BUSA 603 Operations Management

Discusses methods and models for managing the operations function in service and manufacturing organizations. Topics include operations strategy, forecasting, operations planning and control, materials and inventory management, operations and staff scheduling, and quality management.

Not applicable toward the credits required for Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration.

Not open to students who have credit in ISOM 351 or equivalent.
