An introduction to the basics of career readiness, personal branding and the business models of business models of independent contractors and organizations that hire media and/or strategic communications professionals. Identification of and preparation for professional freelancing and entrepreneurial opportunities within media and strategic communication. Not open to students who have credit in JOUR 319 or JOUR 419.
