COMM 679 Practical Experience

Nonpaid, supervised work and learning experience related to careers in communication with business firms, educational institutions, or nonprofit organizations; focus may include but is not limited to research, training, planning, campaigns, problem solving, teaching, sales, conflict management, and project management. Prerequisite: permission of the internship coordinator and/or department chairperson; 18 graduate credits in communication studies. A total of 6 credits may be earned, but no more than 3 in any one semester or term.
