Tech Center

Unified Technology Support (UTS), a division of Information Technology (IT), is here to provide you with outstanding technology support. The UTS Tech Center is centrally located on campus, in Bracken Library (BL 101) and offers a wide-range of technology support services to faculty, staff, and students in a comfortable, collaborative, and inviting space. 

When visiting the Tech Center, your first stop is the Concierge Desk, where our courteous staff will provide assistance to help you resolve your issue.  As an enrolled student, you will also have access to the Technology HelpDesk to get answers to your technology-related questions; to the Technology Store if you would like to purchase computers, printers, tech accessories and more; and to TechTime for help resolving issues with your computer, such as installing software, removing a virus, maintaining your operating system, or determining next steps with issues related to your hardware.
