POLS 241 Family Law
The focus of this course is on legal issues that arise in domestic and family relationships. Topics covered include marriage, divorce, child custody, support, and adoption.
Prerequisite: POLS 141 and POLS 242, each with a D- or better. This course is open only to Legal Studies majors.
