PMGT 370 Profit Management in Real Estate
Property managers are responsible for the day-to-day and long-term financial condition of the properties they manage. This course equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to add value to investment properties. Prerequisite: PMGT 369 with grade of C or better; RE 230; junior standing.
