MGT 370 Leadership Development

This course focuses on leadership skills development through assessments, reflections, case analyses, role plays, and exercises. The course utilizes experiential learning throughout and will focus on building key leadership competencies such as collaboration, problem solving, resilience, negotiation, communication, diversity, mentoring, trust, vision, listening, conflict resolution, influence, coaching, and self-leadership.
