HOSP 101 Basic Cooking Class
This course is designed to teach fundamental, basic cooking skills through a series of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on-labs that explore a wide variety of culinary concepts and techniques.
Not open to students in the Hospitality and Food Management major, Hospitality Innovation and Leadership major, Hospitality Management minor, and Food Management minor.
