ENGR 316 Vibrations

Vibrations is an introduction to the mechanical response of structural dynamics. Students will be able to predict vibrational response of the system of multiple-degree-of-freedom systems with given conditions, and how to regulate this response to make the mechanical system more desirable for the target. Students should be able to determine the second-order differential equations and have knowledge of matrix computation to understand the material.

Prerequisites: ENGR 303 and MATH 374, each with a C- or higher
