DANC 420 Modern 4
Development of modern dance technique, theory, and personal artistry at the advanced level. Approaches to achieving a greater sense of self and kinetic experiences will be explored with added emphasis on theory and/or philosophies of modern dance technicians and choreographers.
Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson; successful completion of a placement examination.
Only open to Theatre majors with a Musical Theatre concentration and Dance majors.
A total of 8 credits may be earned, but no more than 2 in any one semester or term.
