HSC 563 Current Issues in Administration and Coordination of Health and Physical Education
Addresses new and emerging issues in education, school health and physical education. Specific processes and issues associated with best practices in needs assessment, planning, implementing, evaluating school-based programs; coordination of school health/PE policies and programs in accordance with national and state guidelines; and controversial issues associated with health and wellness will be addressed. Prerequisite: HSC 290 and 295 or permission of the department chairperson. Not open to students who have credit in HSC 363.
