Creation of cultural and entertainment content for print, broadcast, online and social media on topics such as music, art, theater, film, television and food. Emphasis on journalistic writing, reporting, presentation and ethics as applied to arts and culture. Includes an examination of historical and business models used by the cultural and entertainment industries.
