Introduces and hospitality operations/venues focused on beverage service with accompanied with food or stand alone. Discussion topics to include all beverages to outline their ROI, accompanied menu selections, service, inventory management, wholesale providers and safety with guest relations. Requirements: junior standing and minimum 21 yrs of age.
