MBA 649 Strategic Management in Health Administration
Integrative application of business knowledge to managerial decisions and action that determine the long-run performance of health care organizations. Addresses legal and environmental issues and strategy formulation, and implementation in the health care field.
Prerequisites: MBA 640 and MBA 647.
