ISOM 600 Negotiations

Examination of negotiation theories and practices in competitive business situations. Participative activities to evaluate negotiation process, develop confidence for participating in negotiation and conflict management, and analyze the behaviors of others in competitive settings. Students will develop effective negotiation skills and strategies through case discussions and negotiation simulations. Prerequisite: MGT 500 or equivalent; admission to a graduate or certification program of the university.
