FIN 645 Business Analysis for Value Creation

Provides a conceptual framework for business analysis and examines the valuation fundamentals of a business. Topics include: financial analysis, managing privately held firms, entrepreneurial finance, capital budgeting, and structure. Prerequisite: FIN 300; BUSA 601; or equivalent; full admission to a graduate program in the Miller College of Business.
