MUSP 495 Entrepreneurship for Musicians: Seminar

Provide students with an overview of employment opportunities available for musicians, and to help them gain the skills necessary to establish a career as professional musicians. Class time will be devoted to development of a personal portfolio of materials needed to apply for positions in music, and to improving presentation skills for auditions and interviews.

Prerequisite: permission of the director of the school.

A total of 4 credits may be earned, but no more than 2 in any one semester or term.

Open only to music students.
