MMP 384 Music and Publishing Law

Examines the relationship between government and the music creation and performance industries in the United States, with particular emphasis on effects of the regulatory process on music creators, producers, and performers, and others who utilize music as part of their intellectual property. 

Prerequisite: MMP 100 or permission of the instructor.

Only open to music majors and minors.
