Experience with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. Conventional and innovative technologies for remediation of contaminated soils and groundwater. Review of relevant environmental regulations. Some environmental chemistry. Prerequisite: introductory general chemistry course.
Not open to students who have credit in NREM 488 or NREM 588. Open only to graduate students.
