Master of Arts in Residential Property Management

33 credits

Foundation courses at the undergraduate level (PMGT 104, 235, 275, 305) are required except when equivalent competency has been documented. Students without a Residential Property Management (RPM) undergraduate degree or with less than six months of industry experience must use 6 of the elective credits to complete PMGT 669 Graduate Internship in Residential Property Management. Students must meet the following additional requirements:

  • Grade of C or better in PMGT 535 and PMGT 669 (if applicable)

  • Sit for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) exam
