ISOM 551 Operations Management
Discusses methods and models for managing the operations function in service and manufacturing organizations. Topics include operations strategy, forecasting, operations planning and control, materials and inventory management, operations and staff scheduling, and quality management. Prerequisite: ECON 221 or equivalent; full admission to a graduate program of the university. Not open to students who have credit in ISOM 351 or equivalent.
