Explores coaching and mentoring methods for early childhood professionals in order to improve teaching strategies that impact child outcomes. Designed to impact mentors’ ability to increase professional capacity, resulting in greater professional effectiveness. Prerequisite: EDEL 640. A total of 3 credits may be earned.
