ANTH 550 Ethnographic Field School
An intensive immersion in the methods of field research in cultural anthropology. Emphasizes problem formulation, observation, interviewing, writing, and interpretation of field data. Field schools are intended to provide specific skills that result in an ethnographic report. Only three (3) credits will count towards the research focus area electives. Prerequisite: permission of the instructor. A total of 12 credits may be earned.
